RUSTLER 115

With up to 20% more displacement and 8% more horsepower and torque than the competition, this V-twin engine packs a punch that's impressively matched by its smooth operation.

RUSTLER 120

Reporting for duty with a diesel engine borrowed from skid steers, mini loaders and mini excavators; this engine can handle your most ambitious plans.

It features liquid cooling with a remote reservoir fill.

RUSTLER 125

An industrial-grade engine puts more capability at your command.

Smart design, including a twin barrel, internally heated and vented carburettor; cast-iron cylinder liners; pressurized lubrication, and an automotive-grade starter keep you running at peak performance.

TRANSMISSION

The Rustler CVT transmission performs like a sixth sense, handling even the most rugged terrain with intuitive control.

Front and rear auto-locking differentials and a unique roller-type design eliminate the need for operator controls, creating an automobile-like driving experience.

And when you're staring down a steep incline, you'll appreciate best-in-class engine braking provided by the CVT clutch.

DRIVETRAIN

Standard all-wheel drive on the Rustler 120 and 125 models does the thinking for you. No buttons to push, levers to pull or gears to shift. This is as simple as it gets. The 4WD system on the Rustler 115 is engaged manually on the fly for a smooth and easy ride.

ALL-WHEEL-DRIVE TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM

IntelliTrak, an industry-leading ground-speed-sensing system on 120 and 125 models delivers intuitive control under the most aggressive driving conditions.

By connecting the transmission directly to the front and rear differentials, power and torque are automatically adjusted on all four wheels as required. The effortless system gives you a sure grip on the road for confident cornering and powerful climbing ability.

DURABLE PANELS

The Rustler is clad in a combination of durable, impact and scratch-resistant materials.

High-gloss TPO, black polypropylene and high texture panelling resist scuffs and scratches, hosing down easily at the end of a long day.

All panels feature interlocking joints for added durability.

HEAVY-DUTY FRAMES

A rustproof, corrosion-resistant, aircraft-grade aluminium frame on the 120 and 125 models, and a rugged steel frame and box construction frame on the 115 stand up to years of adventure. Electrostatic dip paint coating ensures full coverage and an extra powder coat protects high-wear areas.

BIG CAPACITY

With total vehicle capacities of 420kg to 739kg, the Rustler handles big loads with ease.

And the 120 and 125 models offer room for four passengers or an extended bed.

DELUXE DRIVER'S STATION

When it comes to safety equipment, we don't play around. We put our fully certified rollover protection structure (ROPS) through the same rigorous testing as our construction equipment.

A spacious platform and optional 13-point adjustment bucket seats ensure you and your passengers ride in comfort. An ergonomic layout serves up controls exactly as you want them, freeing up legroom and providing confident control.
The Rustler is the perfect partner. The 120 and 125 models are also available in a four passenger version, providing safe transportation of personnel whilst providing the flexibility of a utility vehicle, capacity to haul more, make fewer trips and handle large jobs with ease. Choose a two or four-passenger model.

INDUSTRY-LEADING SUSPENSION

The Rustler 115 is the only vehicle in its class to offer both front and rear independent suspension.

And those extra 120-150mm of travel make this a sporty ride on the most challenging of terrains.

120 and 125 models feature double A-arm front suspension with coil-over shocks and rear swing-arm suspension with coil-over shocks.

STEERING AND BRAKES FOR CONFIDENT CONTROL

Take charge of challenging driving conditions with 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes and rack-and-pinion steering. The CVT transmission allows engine braking for confident control, even on steep grades.

LIGHTING PACKAGES

There's no need to turn in when the sun goes down.

Powerful lighting packages (optional) provide front, tail, and brake lights and turn signals.

TYRE OPTIONS

This is far from your one-size-fits-all set of tyres.

Rustler tyres are custom designed for maximum sidewall strength.

All-terrain tyres are standard with white rims.
